• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Current, independent Kansas license (LSCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Professional liability (malpractice) insurance coverage
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
• Government-issued photo ID

• Experience in private practice or outpatient behavioral health.
• Specialized training or certification in EMDR, Play Therapy, DBT, CBT, ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, or related evidence-based approaches.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
